Even look in local dealers to see what the second hand dealer price is, this is also a good selling point when talking to potential buyers, "I have seen this very same model in a dealer for 5000 more!". The more you look around the more you familiarize yourself with the price of boats like yours and be able to judge the best price to sell it at and what your bottom line will be.

Ensure buyers can contact you - You have spent money advertising your boat so make sure any potential buyers can get hold of you. If possible put your mobile telephone number on the advert and if you are out you could even divert your home calls to your mobile.
