The floors throughout are tiled in a light coloured tile. The bar area (34m2) has access to the terrace adjacent to the entrance to the complex on one side, via a metal roller shutter and the games area on the other side. To the rear is an arch to the kitchen and store room. The bar has a brick effect frontage and wooden service counter with a shelf above incorporating 5 down lighters. To the rear is a full width stainless steel counter with 2 chilled cabinets and open shelving underneath. The bar also has 2 double stainless steel sinks with drainers, Coca Cola fridge, 2 beer pumps, small coffee machine and PC based till. The rear of the bar has been tiled and painted pale orange. There is an additional stainless steel topped storage unit. The Kitchen (8.5m2) has both open shelves and others behind wooden sliding doors. The main cooking area is under a large extractor and includes a charcoal grill and 2 deep fat fryers on a brick work surface and a freestanding gas cooker with 3 rings, plancha and oven. Beyond this is a store room (7.8m2) with 2 chest freezers and a single door to the terrace and a shower room and WC (2.1m2). This is tiled in white with a brown floor, but is currently non functional. The toilet cistern and wash hand basin are missing. Bar and restaurant customers (and staff) have the use of the communal facilities just off the side terrace. To the side of the bar is a (partially) covered terrace area (45.6m2) which used to be a games area. To the rear, aluminium doors provide access to the complex and toilets for the use of anyone on the complex. The side wall is wood panelled with large windows. To the front are folding aluminium doors to an entrance lobby (13.6m2) with windows and a door to the street. This area is currently not used. The terrace area has a corrugated plastic roof, some of which has blown off and is in need of replacement.There is an open terrace of 20.3m2 with drinks and ice cream machines adjacent to the main entrance to the complex.The bar / restaurant has been closed for a few months due to the ill health of the owner and some work will need to be done before reopening. Alternatively it might be wise to consider the alterations the present owner was about to make and divide the building into 3 independent areas: a snack bar serving directly onto the terrace, a cosy restaurant and a mini market, both having access from the street and the complex.
