Get rid of the clutter! - Clutter in the home does two things. Obviously a messy house is not pleasant to look at and so will not trigger the right emotional response. The second thing clutter does is make your property look smaller than it actually is. We have all cleaned out the garage and thought wow, it looks twice as big in here now! Well do that to your whole house and people will percieve it to be a lot bigger.
